Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what size to get?

Measure your dog's chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs, and their neck. Weight on its own isn't enough, a dachshund and a frenchie can weigh the same and need different sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us your dog's measurements and breed and we'll tell you which one to order.

What if I get the size wrong?

We'll swap it. One free swap per order, no forms and no explaining yourself.

Can I wash it?

You can wash it by hand and let it dry by air.

Will it hold up?

Yes. We don't compete on tensile ratings, but nothing we sell is going to fail on a walk.
