Terms & Conditions
These are the terms you agree to when you order from us or use our site. We've tried to keep them readable.
rumidogs.com is run by Rumi, registered in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number 69374988, VAT NL002321537B40, Posthoornstraat 11, 3011 WD Rotterdam. Where we say "we" or "RUMI" below, that's us.
What RUMI is — and isn't
RUMI products are complementary pet food. They're daily supplements made to support a healthy dog's wellbeing alongside a balanced diet.
They are not medicine. They're not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they're not a replacement for veterinary care or a proper diet.
Before you start
You know your dog. We don't. So before giving them anything new:
- Read the ingredients and feeding instructions on the pack.
- Check for anything your dog reacts to.
- Speak to your vet, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, unwell, on medication, or has a health condition.
- Stick to the feeding guide. Dosing is by weight and it's on every product.
RUMI is made for healthy adult dogs, and it's not for people.
If your dog reacts badly to anything, stop giving it and speak to your vet. Please tell us too — we want to know.
Your dog, your call
Choosing whether RUMI suits your dog is your decision, and using it as directed is your responsibility.
Nothing on this site, in our emails, in our ads or in a chat with us is veterinary advice. We're a supplement brand, not your vet. If something's wrong with your dog, see someone who can actually examine them.
What's on this site
We keep the site as accurate as we can, but things change — ingredients, packaging, product details. Always go by the label on what you've actually received rather than what's on a page.
Anything we publish about dog health or nutrition is general information. It isn't about your dog specifically, and it isn't advice.
Orders
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. It's accepted when we email you to say it's on its way.
Occasionally we might have to cancel — something's out of stock, a price was wrong, or something looks fraudulent. If you've already paid, you get a full refund.
Prices include VAT where it applies, and delivery costs show at checkout before you pay.
Subscriptions
Subscribe and we'll charge your card at the frequency you picked, until you tell us to stop.
Cancel, skip or change any time in your account. One tap, no notice period, no email needed. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged for it. We'll always let you know before a renewal.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Once it's with the carrier it's out of our hands, though we'll always help you chase it.
The products become yours once they're delivered.
Returns
Our Returns and Refunds Policy — including the 90-Day Happiness Guarantee and your right to cancel — is part of these terms.
Your account
If you make an account, keep your login safe. Anything done through it is treated as done by you. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.
Using the site
Please don't use our site for anything unlawful, don't try to break it, and don't copy or scrape our content.
The RUMI name, logo, product names, words, photos, video and design are ours. Don't use them without asking.
Reviews and photos you send us
If you share a review, photo or video, you're confirming it's yours, it's honest, and you're allowed to share it. You're also giving us permission to use it in our marketing anywhere, without payment. We might take down anything inaccurate or offensive.
Where our responsibility ends
- We're not responsible for what happens if the product isn't used as directed, or against the guidance above.
- We're not responsible for a reaction caused by a condition, allergy or sensitivity your dog already had, or by an interaction with other food, supplements or medication.
- We're not responsible for indirect losses, or for lost profit, business or opportunity.
- Where we are responsible, it's limited to what you paid for the order in question.
We're also not responsible for delays caused by things we can't control — supply problems, carrier delays, extreme weather, government decisions.
Changes
We may update these terms. Whatever's on this page when you order is what applies to that order.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law and disputes go to the Dutch courts.
